I was sitting, pondering Google Trends as I always do when I have nothing better to do with my time and I’ve sort of come to the conclusion that it’s lost its touch.
No this has nothing to do with the hacking that happened a couple of weeks ago, it’s just that I refuse to believe people are Googling teacup pigs with such ferocity that they managed to score today’s number 4 spot.
I’ve complained a lot on this blog about the hours people waste Googling stuff as pointless as teacup pigs and Lebron James- do you think Lebron spends as much time Googling himself??? I don’t think so and it’s a sign you should stop Googling him too.
But I was surprised today to see all the kerfuffle that being caused by CNN journalist Octavia Nasr.

I was perusing Google trends today and nothing really caught my eye
Slipknot bassist is dead, Brittany Murphy’s husband is dead and 24 is coming to an end… no tears there – there’s only so many times you can save the world from utter destruction Jack… after a while people stop caring!!
And yes Monday night saw the last ep of Lost, which once again is nothing to get all sentimental about. I don’t know how many times people have told me, ‘The only thing lost in Lost is its storyline‘ – get it?? Hilarious the first time… not so funny the other 1,000 times after that.

I was sitting here thinking about the 50 most popular women on the web… sadly I’m not on it… obviously the vote was rigged…am penning my letter of complaint as we speak.
It’s been a while. Disillusionment will do that to you, but I’m fine… really! Google Trends was killing my soul, so many people Googling completely stupid stuff 24/7… was making me want to emancipate myself from the human race.
But I’m back with avengence!
Obviously I’m kidding myself to think anyway will has cried for me, but if there’s anyone out there who did: the truth is I never left you! I was watching and waiting to come back with a revised version of my blog, which will not be coming to you everyday but twice a week. Gives me less of a chance to talk complete shit, see?
So enjoy and please keep up the comments… I don’t mind if you hate me or love me… I just want to know someone…anyone is out there reading this!!!
