Happy Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, Paczki Day or whatever you call it!!!!
Other than Christmas, this is hands down the most festive day of the year. Sure there are no presents but with all that food, colour and carnival spirit, who cares?
Although I love the fact that while embracing the free abandon that Fat Tuesday is famous for, people still have time to Google how many calories there are in a paczki (a Polish sweet prepared especially for today).
